Lease & fees
Lease term
Each of our apartments is available to lease for an initial term of 12 months.
Move-in costs
Move-in fees include security deposit and one month’s rent. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Utilities
Residents are responsible for all monthly utility costs associated with electricity, water, sewer and internet
Renter’s insurance
Renters insurance is required if you have a pet living with you in your apartment. Even if you don’t have a pet, renters insurance is highly encouraged.
Pet policy & fees
We know that your pets are a part of your family and we welcome them at Prairie Bluff. Our pet policy has breed restrictions. For those restrictions, check the aggressive breed list.
Ending a lease early
When you sign a lease with Prairie Bluff, you are given the option of an early lease termination.
